where is the turnsignal flasher located in a 1987 chevy astro van?

I found the 4 way flasher but I can not locate the turnsignal flasher.

Yep takes a little bit of looking but it should be under dash on right side of steering colum but most are really hard to get at and are on a bracket of some sort ....if blinkers work at all try turning them on and follow sound
