The fridge/freezer doesn't sustain it's temperature. ?
It seems that it turns itself off to automatically keep to the temperature it should be on but doesn't turn itself back on - it applies to both the fridge and freezer and you can hear that the motors/fans are no longer running. We have to turn it off and on at the wall and it goes back to its temperature again, which is obviously impractical!
