why is the water not spraying my dishes?

Why are the sprayers not turning. They are clean inside?

Make sure all of the spray arm holes are not blocked even the ones underneath the arm. Also make sure by turning spray arm all the way around that it is not catching on anything. Failing that you will have to call a service company.

The main cause is usually one the following:
spray arms blocked, pressure loss, feed tube split, motor capacitor faulty, recirculation motor impeller jammed or defective, recirculation motor faulty . Get service help, these repairs are not DIY projects.
