Won't fill = blocked pump/drain hose - faulty aquastop - faulty pressure sensor - PCB fault (check things in that order).
The inlet valve does not receive voltage until the initial pumping phase is completed. Does it pump out? If yes then you could have a PCB problem. If no you may have a pump problem. Resistance across inlet valve coil should be approx 4k ohm.
