Hi, can anyone help, bought this, washes brilliant, but spinner is going round but water coming out very slow. I lowered the pipe and the water comes out and spins brilliant.
I opened up the back to see if anything was obviously wrong, there is something loose and hanging, its circular, metal on one side, black plastic on the other with purple and orange wires coming from it and a thin plastic tube. There is a bracket on the top of it where it is supposed to screw into something, at top of machine by the looks of it.
Can anyone advise please.

sounds like the thermostat has come off the wash tub side. this would not affect the spinner pump. check the belt for the pump isn't stretched.
