i just need some ideas on if to get someone to look at my washing machine, its a beko wma1512s and works excellent most the time, prob about 90% but sometimes has not spin after it has drained. iv had it 4 yrs but love it, any ideas?

have had the same problem to solve it ive found if you tilt the machine backwards so you can get underneath it you will see the motor, on the motor you will find 2 x black plastic cartridges which contain the brushes hit them with a heavy screwdriver this will make the spring push the brush towards the motor. If this does not work replace the brushes
