Chimes won't trip or sound unless Silence lever is moved?
I can't understand why quarter AND hour chimes refuse to "trip" (and thus chime) unless I move the silence lever to silent and then back to chime position. I've removed face and studied it til I'm blue in the face. Any simple ideas?
