Even without the manual, you could try downloading the freeware program Photocopier 3.05. This seems to work with whatever printer/scanner combination you have. Works fine with my Epson/Canon setup.

Margaret - you seem to be asking how to use your scanner as a photocopier and that you do not have the User Guide?
It may be best to say the make and model of your scanner. People with the same machine may be able to tell you if this is possible and how you might do it.
