how do i fix my valliant ecotech pro boiler?

its showing a fault of F.28 or sometimes F.29. Cant get heating or water

If is like Combi boiler then you got airblock.there should be valve under the boiler need to open one turn to get air block out.Some time there is on top of the boiler.
