it keeps coming up with the ERROR3 message on the screen but if i turn it off and on a few times i may be lucky and it may just work. I know that there is a diffrence in the years mine is in a 2001 se modle with sat nav with the cd player part of the unit at the top

I have a RX300 and I now get erroro4 and will play only one of the cd out of the six that are in there I think there must be a reset but lexus say that the whole unit has to be taken out and serviced and will cost about £200-£300! ouch!
