the bearings in the universal joint on my propshaft have broken. its a 53 medium wheelbase ford transit. i have removed the circlips but became stook has what to do next, it appears to have seased

Basically, to knock the needle roller cups out, you need to give the spider a harder thwack! A garage will press them out for you though.
