How can I fix my Samsung tv?

When I attemp to turn my tv on it continously makes a clicking sound for a while before turning on.

I had the same problem, then it would not turn on at all. I took the back off and notice on the mother board. Two convertors were bad. Cost me $10.00, to repair myself....Very simple........
