My Delonghi microwave model EM821AAN-X2 seems to be working fine, except that the turntable has stopped working. It's heating things ok, but I have to keep stopping to turn dishes. Any ideas? I don't want to replace the microwave again, as this one was a replacement for one that died after a month. This one is about 14-15 months old. Thanks.

i have exactly the same problem, everything works fine but it stopped turning after a year of use. best is to avoid delonghi. they make very flimsy crappy stuff.
