Hi again, i'm having trouble locating the screw that I am supposed to loosen to get the feed-dog to stay up. I can't see a screw on the lever. There are two small screws above the feed-dog which are attached to it by another bit of metal. There is also a black screw to the right of the lever which moves slightly towards me when I lift the lever, then there is another black screw further on the right which is on a long metal cylinder which revolves round when the lever is lifted. Can you please tell me which one I should be aiming for. Thanks.

Hello Claire,
On the actual drop feed lever there should be a screw, you may need to take the bottom of the machine off to see it, the screw that you can see that moves towards you may be the screw you are looking for, they differ quite a lot on Bernina machine, I am searching for sites at the moment that may give a schematic in case they had changed it.
