Yes you can order parts from Miele, they are normally very helpful (Miele parts are expensive). But you need to correctly identify the part you need.
Seen from above our machine has 3 hoses to the back of the soap dispenser (from the inlet valve assembly), there is a concertina hose top right side, and there is a larger concertina hose on the bottom. Which is leaking? Post which one & I will give you the correct Miele part number.
