the machine sounds like its working but it is not and after it reaches the end all the lights start flashing in sequence and the washing is wet but not washed and not spun?

i am having a similar problem, i read another post and the advice was the main pcb board was shot. i replaced it with a new one and to be fair there were some blown rods on the old board but the new one hasn,t fixed the problem, i am guessing the carbon brushes are worn in the motor but i am trying to find out more information about this

What do you mean "sounds like its working but it is not". Do you mean you hear the motor running but the drum isn't turning? Is that what you're trying to say?
If so check to see if the drive belt is broken or has fallen off.
