my bosch logixx only works on eco 50 degree wash -other cycles don't finish?

My bosch logixx only works on the eco 50 degree cycle. On any other programme, the cycle goes down to 1 min remaining and then humms until I switch it off. The pots are clean but still wet, as though the drying process hasn't worked. Any tips much appreciated.

Hello, Bob again. Well switching my 'Bosch Logixx SGS09A02GB' dishwasher off at the wall only worked 4 times in a row, then the 1 minute left problem returned. The worst thing about this problem is that if you're not there to switch it off manually it just keeps rinsing for hours using loads of rinse-aid, water and power, then never switches over to drying to end the cycle.

I seem to have finally 'fixed' this by swtching off drying on the options menu. At least the stupid thing finishes automatically now and if you leave the dishes in there with the door closed for a while it does a decent job of drying them anyway just by using the residual heat left from the wash cycle.

The cause does seem to be a faulty, burnt out circuit board. If you are a bit 'handy' you can replace this yourself. Apparently the burnt part is pretty obvious. But if you don't want to do this (only for the fault to return?) then the above workaround seems to work pretty well. At least I don't need a new dishwasher now!

I have the same dishwasher, with the same problem!

By the time it gets down to one minute the dishwasher, should already be on the drying process, but it sticks on rinse instead.

The problem seems to come and go, but I've started to switch my dishwasher off via the electrical socket and if I do this each time it's not in use it seems to work fine...so far!

I am having a similar problem with my dishwasher - looking through forums it sounds like a relay issue or a dry print on the circuit board. Sometimes there is a little water in the bottom other times it just will not go past 1 minute.

You can get over this by opening the door and pressing the start button again - this then starts the drying process I have found and you can get it to finish its cycle - sometimes!
