Siemens RDJ10 thermostat, not switching on my central heating?

I have a worcester bosch Greenstar 28i Junior combi-boiler, with a Siemens RDJ10 thermostat. I have set the times for the thermostat and comfort setting, but my central heating doesn't come on. What am I doing wrong?
