how can i fix condensation inside of doble glazing?

in winter condensation appears inside of double glazing.i had double glazing installed 2 yrs before.can someone tell me wots wrong with it.

Can't be fixed... other than by replacement...

Check the warranty the installer / supplier gave you...

What's wrong with it is that the seal between the two panes is defective and extrenal air with moisture in it is entering the gap between.
