i desperately need help or advice on where or how to get the mxjvc mp3 player fixed, i got it as a birthday present and i would like to find out where to get it fixed.the problem is that it suddenly wont turn on even after leaving it to charge for 24 hours. we were told it has a european guarante but i cant find anywhere to fix it

throw it away and buy a GENUINE JVC product. This product has nothing to do with JVC, its a fake and you was cheated- there's no service form JVC for this sh&*t.

I have problems with my mxjvc potable dvd player, the battery charges for half an hour use only after 24 hour charge. can only use when plugged in to the mains. I was told when buying the item that it was produced by a sister company of JVC but unable to find evidence of this.
If anyone can tell me where i can find a replacement battery i would be great full 7# Lithium battery separate

Same problem here.

I did manage to charge it once, in Italy (with continental charger). It won't charge via USB though.
