My remote is broke and on my Bang & olufson beovision 5000 the sound remains loud. I can not find an adjustment control on the tv itself. Is this possible? Can another remote be used, or can I buy the original. Most of all why is there no adjustment to be found on the tv itself. Ron

any universal remote should do what you want it to do but you would not be able to access the menu funtions if you want a direct replacement try www.cpc.co.uk or do a search on remotes
