I have the same issue with a keypad with both lights on. There is four wires that enter the pump one of which is connected to the fuel shut off. I have had no joy with peoples suggetions of disconnecting the battery and disconnecting the imobiliser once running. I will post if i have any joy rewiring the pump as a cheaper alternative to replacing wiring and parts.
