My mum had this boiler fitted from warmfront and made a bodge job of it since they fitted it they can get hot water and heating when switching on the boiler but the temp gauge shoots right over the red been told it could possibly be diaphram????Is this right and could it be a diy job?????? Thanx.

The turbo max is a good boiler, I asume the temp gauge you refer to says 1 2 3 bar this is not a temp gauge put a pressure gauge, this sould read 1.5 bar move up a littel but not into the red, I would be checking the expanshion vessel on the back of the boiler might have lost its charge in transet.
