I unplugged and moved the fridge/freezer to decorate. When I plugged it in again it got cold but did not freeze properly. I took the cover off inside the freezer and found the fan did not rotate. Is it the fan or the thermostat? Who can I get in N. Wales to fix it?
give it time. the fan will not switch on until the freezer is cold

What make & model? Some fridge freezers are wired so the fan only runs when the door is closed. So if you have door open to remove the panel the fan will not be turning anyway.
