When I try to switch my Baxi fire on the ignition does not work, I am having to light it with paper, I would like to know what part is needed to repair this fault, kind regards.
Hi, you need to make sure it is plugged to the mains. Otherwise replace ignitition module. £12-£19 plus vat. Call Baxi for a local supplier.

John thanks for your reply, regarding the Ignition on the Baxi gas fire, you say it is likely to be the piezo-ignition.
Is there any way I can check this, I don`t even know what a Piezo-ignition looks like.

Its called a piezo igniter - which may or may not be incorporated into the main gas switch.
