If the car was supplied as new with the stereo, try contacting the dealer. If you are the second or subsequent owner, try contacting the previous owner/s listed on the vehicles "Log Book". Otherwise, you can remove the stereo and take it to be decoded. (Try your local motoring suppliers, e.g. Motorworld, etc, for details).
