i am using outlook express as my email program but i can only recieve mail
my email address comes from tesco but i am using msdigital as my internet provider i know all my paswords are correct but it simply wont send

You need to set the SMPT address in outlook for the 'msdigital' account. You should find the correct address on the home page for you provider and look for FAQs. you dont need to change your pop address or your passwords. The reason for this is because you are connecting to another ISP and you should be using the IPS email setting for sending emails, receiving emails isnt a problem.
