I have lost both Ceefax and Teletext facilities. ?

I have lost both Ceefax and Teletext facilities. Do I need to retune my Philips Matchline T.V. to restore the service and if so how do I retune?

I had the same problem after Sky Updated my HD Box menu,
I selected source on my TV remote and chose the HDMI connection option and voila the Text was back working
