my kingston 64gb pendrive not working properly ???? ?

please help ...!!!!...my 64gb kingston does not work properly also some people said it works on exFAT partition system......these are the details..please send me the details regarding how to repair

You didn't provide any details on how it fails, so I will give you some information in the hopes it helps. If it doesn't help, then you should Email Kingston Tech Support using this site: http://www.kingston.com/support/Form_Region.asp?pn=DT150&Form=ProblemReportDT.asp

The Kingston USB drives are formatted in the factory with FAT32. Unless you are trying to copy files larger than 4GB, you can leave it at FAT32.

If you are trying to copy files larger than 4GB, format the drive using NTFS.

Try formatting the drive to clear up the problem. You can use the Windows format, but HP USB Disk Storage Format Tool works better. You can Google it and select a site to download it for free.

There are many counterfeit 64GB USB drives sold to unsuspecting customers. Check the authenticity of yours by checking the metal USB connector of the drive. If it is legit there will be three lines of numbers stamped on there. If they do not exist then you have a fake Kingston product, which would explain the failure. In this case you should return it for a refund.
