The screen of my coby mp3 is just frozen.It is a touch screen but i can't do anything, even to turn it off and when i connect it to the pc it doesn't appear. What can i do? It is a MP822-4G

I've had the same problem.I've posted it on a bunch of different advice sites. There are a bunch of things you can try. Try tapping where it says "Please wait". You can also try using a different USB cord, USB port, or even a different computer.I haven't had any luck so if you find an answer please contact me.

My Coby MP822 won't sync with my computer-the music won't download into player. Hear there was problem with the software on the MP3 player and there is download to fix it, but can't find it. Had it on my old computer-now can't find it. Help
