LG Intellowasher 7kg was showing OE and water wont drain out and wont spin?

My intellowasher was displaying OE which i think means there is a blockage in the pump. I took off the filter and found a 1p and a 2p in it. I cleaned it all out and put it back in and started up the machine. It worked for a minute and then started displaying OE again. I opened the filter again, but couldnt find anything else in there. Ive felt around the pipes with my fingers too. When there is water in it it wont drain away and it wont spin round. I got it to spin by taking out the filter and letting the water drain out the front into a bowl on the floor. But the spin isnt normal. Its not as powerful and I can smell burnt rubber. Its sounds like its building up to a powerful spin but then it slows back down again. Also the whole washing machine has started moving accross the floor when it spins.
Is there a blockage I cant find? Can anyone help?

my machine is showing OE and not spinning at all now, the filter isnt blocked. So i think it must be the bushes, but i don't no where they are on the machine. we have unplugged it etc, taken the back off and dont no where they are. Please could you tell us where they are? thank-you!

John Adam's answer works great, and all I will add is clarification as to what (I believe) he means:
- firstly "the pump" is quite a small object, and the best way to identify what the pump is is to line up on the inside of the machine with the filter which is accessible from the outside of the machine (bottom left, facing the front door of the machine).
- secondly, once the three screws are removed, the pump slides out in the direction the screws came out (ie away from the front of the machine). The "unclip" step is after removing the pump.
- thirdly, this and other sites sort of suggest you are fixing "the pump". I doubt anyone actually fixes (though some may replace) the pump. What really happens is that you are "fixing" the flow of water, both through the filter and in the various hoses. Do not try dismantling or shaking the pump :).
- finally, you need to ensure that water can pass through the hose that is connected to the pump (ie water comes from the machine, through the filter, which you can see via the front of the machine, and gets pumped by the pump up the grey flexible waste water hose). So to aid this ensuring the flow of water, once the pump is removed, unclip (ring clip - something like pliers required) the grey hose from the pump housing, unclip the same hose from the wall of the machine about 50cm in (just a holding clip, comes out easily with finger pressure) and then flush/do whatever you do to that grey hose to ensure water can get through it. ie put water in the end that usually is connected to the waste system, and have the other end (which you just detached) in a bucket. Once water is flowing freely, reconnect everything and it will hopefully work great.
(I presume you can read/download your user manual and read how to get rid of the water in your machine, before you start any of the above - particularly before the step where you lay your machine on its side :)

I have one of these, taking the coins out of the filter was never enough, I have now learn, to tip the whole machine on it side, remove the screws on the front of the pump, where the filter is screwed in, unclip the pump from the clip below, and shake out the coins which have got stuck in the pump.

This I have to do every 8mths or so, be careful no to loosen the hoses when you do this, it all goes back easily.

OE always then goes away

Other than this I like the waser a lot, it is very quite.

Wow you sure have problems, but thanks for the detailed description...most people don't usually bother.
OE is a pump error, either a blockage in the filter or a hose, it could also be a defective pump.
More worrying is the "smell of burned rubber". If you are sure it actually is burned rubber then the only place that would come from is the drive belt. Maybe it has moved partly off the drum drive wheel & is scrubbing something or damaged. But it could also be connected to worn drum bearings & this might explain vibration & machine movement.
The other alternative could be badly worn carbon brushes, this often results in arcing around the motor armature & can cause an (electrical) burning smell. A combination of bad brushes & water in the tub at the start of a spin cycle will cause the machine to vibrate very badly indeed.
Obseerve the following. 1: Open door & lift the drum up & to check for excessive slack. 2: Take back panel off & check the belt position & condition, signs of scrubbing against the tub (or anything else). 3: Remove the belt & rotate the drum by hand listening for a bad grinding sound. If all is well check the brushes for wear, then find the pump problem (could be a blockage in the sump hose or a defective pump). Good luck, post findings.
