PROBLEM WITH IDEAL HE24 COMBI BOILER?

PLEASE HELP ,OUR BOILER IS ONLY 3 YEARS OLD , NOT USED MUCH AT ALL.NOW WE HAVE SINGLE DASH ON DISPLAY.TRIED RESET,TRIED SWITCHING OFF FOR 15 MINS .NO CHANGE.HAS THE PCB BOARD GONE,IF SO HOW MUCH ARE THEY AND WHERE IS THE BEST PLACE TO GET THEM FROM.

Thanks for that, did you get it fixed? there must be something we can do or someone we can contact for help. Why do we keep putting up with it from the big suppliers taking our money. The boilers parts are not fit for purpose, as they do not last for a reasonable time, this is against the law. lets get together and fight them .

Hi, I am having exactly the same problem. The Gas safety engineer told me the PCB has gone and it would cost about £100 for just the part. He then changed his mind and said he wouldnt do the job because there is no guarantee the replacement works. Apparently once one part fails, its a matter of time before everything else fails. My boiler just turned three years this September. The Ideal HE24 boiler is questionable!!
