STOP MAC LEOPARD FIREWALL ?

I tried everything, I already went in system preferences/ security/ firewall, and tried both accepting all incoming connexions and the specified ones, (where I specified msn and limewire.) NONE WORKED> I also changed my settings on SystemPreferences/ sharing/ and activated filesharing.
THIS IS SO FRUSTRATING, its been like this since I bought it. (one month ago) IT SUCKS! Please Help!
