my dishwasher gets so far through its wash then starts beeping and coming up with E3, when you open the door it still has water in the bottom. this is the second time that this has happened but cant afford to get a man out. please help me fix it.

People seem to say its either the thermal cut out kits (supplied as pairs from either Partmaster or 4kenwood at about £6 a pair plus postage) or the heating element which is about £40 from the same places. Need to remove the side panels of the dishwasher to access them and unscrew to replace. Just bought the thermal cut outs and am going to try it myself. If it works it will save me a fortune on the call out!

I believe E3 is a heater timeout fault, check temp sensor/heater.
