Have just found this forum. I have a Samsung FF RSH1DBBP (i think) started having the same problems listed. Looking at Watchdog/Samsung its for the RS21 model. As any1 got a different model had the same problems and received the 5 year warranty from Samsung? Think mines just gone over the 2 year warranty, thanks

We had a problem with our samsung american fridge and different engineers however the problem kept coming back until we managed to get hold of agsrefrigeration a company who operate in the london and surrey area they came out within 24 hours and found and rectified the fault which was only one part not the multiple do it yourself parts sold over the net it has been a couple of years now and we have had no further problems. www.agsrefrigeration.co.uk
