Trying to fix a Delonghi 4 slice Toaster lead?

The cable lead has become faulty so the toaster can no longer work, but we haven's a clue how to unscrew the bottom of the toaster. What are those screws called and what sort of screwdriver would you need? It sort of looks like an allen key socket but no allen keys fits it so can anybody help?

Thanks

It is a torx screw - just removed mine. Can't see how to take the knobs off the push down bars so can't separate the top and bottom parts. One side of my 4 slice toaster will stay down but not the right side. I can't see what has to make contact for it to stay down. on my other toaster it is a simple make/break plate but can see nothing similar here. Any ideas?

Torx screw probably

Most manufacturers use security screws as a safety feature these days to make it difficult for users to get inside and electrocute themselves...

You can buy a set of security bits at most tool and DIY stores - You will also need a driving handle.
