replacement bearings are available, to replace you need to lift the complete drum assy out of the cabinet b4 you can strip it down to change the bearings, i would also advise you replace the front plate seal at the same time ( this is not the door seal, its a water seal between the outer tank and front plate ) I would also advise you get somebody to help as it can be a heavy job.
