I dubble clic the scanner image.Nothing happens-something pups up on the tool bar for a second and disappears. I try to start it with Open as...It tell's me to reinstall the prgram be cause the needed files are missing.Next I get a messege that escndv.exe has encountered a problem and needs to close.I reinstall-nothing changes.What gives?
Everthing else works fine.
