Need to know where to have the nozzles cleaned on my Epsom Stylus DX 6050 ?

I have a problem with the ink cartridges not working properly the colours are faint and the black is none existent even after replacing with new cartridges and Epson support say to either have the nozzles cleaned or buy another Printer /scanner
Can you advise and what would it cost please

Have you tried doing a head clean diagnostic test on your printer, I apologise if you have, no disrespect meant.

Failing that you can ususally find a local firm in the thomson locaal directory or phone book who can look at it and give you a quote before carrying out work, however the last twicce I have had a printer problem it haas been more effective to buy an new printer..

Word of warning do not make the same mistake I did and buy a Lexmark, great all-in-one printer but you cannot refil the cartridges and you don't get to use all the ink. A big con.
