hi guys, i got a sony navu sat nav 2 yrs ago, I brought it to a sony centre, he put the 2009 updates on an external hard drive for me (about 7gbs) only prob is i dont know how to transfer the data to my sat nav! im in ireland by the way

First you download this file. It is an original DVD. Later, unpack it with WinRar. After unpacking the first file, connect your navigation to PC with USB and double click on "nav-u_map_update" inside unzipped folder. There will be more instructions after you start a setup. Good luck!
