will a dual mass clutch failer make the van shake?

i have a ford transit with dual mass clutch,
on accelaration the hole van shuders as if wheels are out of balance, set tyres garage tell me it is not the tyres out of balance/wheel bearings/or drive shafts.
they suggested clutch failer.

if a dual mass flywheel fails it only usually knocks and vibrates when stationary with clutch pedaldown.sounds more like a seized propshaft joint if it is rear wheel drive or badly worn driveshaft joints if it is front wheel drive.

If the flywheel is on the way out, they usually rumble like hell. It would have to be seriously out of balance to do this.
