my upvc window has fallen off the small hinges.can these be replaced?

i do not know the make of my windows but one of them has fallen out!the small hinges that it swings on are corroded and have snapped.is it possible to purchase these?

yes the hinges can be replaced but you have to get a pair of hinges it not diffecult as long as you get the same size
