I cant get 4 on demand to work?

I cant get 4 on demand to work on my computer. it goes as far as the parental control window, however it wont accept when i click the agree button. further more will not allow me to scroll down to click the watch button either. cheers 4 your help. bleh

Found a solution. In internet explorer select Page then Zoom and change the zoom level down to 75% or even 50%. The page is then small enough to check the box without having to scroll down and then just zoom it back up again.
