How easy is it to replace a door seal on Hotpoint BFI620?

The seal has gone on my Hotpoint BFI620 and you can buy replacment parts from hotpoint for £7.00 but they won't tell you how to fit it (presumabbly because they want you to pay for an engineer to come out). Can anyone help?
