No water is coming out of the bottom spray arm, have taken arm off and checked for blockages, all okay. Would it be the pump? or is their a simpler solution? The top spray arm works fine. Thanks.

Hi Phil, having just fixed mine today from the same problem what you need to try is, remove the bottom arm, then unscrew the gray part the bottom arm was clipped onto, now you can get a finger into the inlet pipe have a prod about then screw gary bit back BUT NOT THE BOTTOM ARM, and run on the sort 8 min rinse, you sould find what was blocking in the filter, mine was just some potato. May need to repeat a couple of times
