KNACKERED POTTERTON RS40?

I would like to replace the above with a compatible gravity fed boiler, but is it a simple case of lifting the old off and replacing with an new one or is it more complicated/expensive than that?

Answers would be greatly appreciated.

You must by law have the job done by a Gas Safe registered
engineer,he will issue you with a certificate. If you use someone not registered your house insurance would be null and void if something happened and you need to hand the certificate on to anyone who bought your house in the future.

You have now got to think green
Gravity systems now would be outlawed, systems have now to be upgraded for energy efficiency
