my washing machine will not start,?

how can i fix my indersit wil 153,on/off door lock led is flashing rapidly with two othere led lights,which indicates abnormality,will not start.

IT IS THE PROGRAME/PC CARD,NEW ONE £140,NOT WORTH CHANGEING CARD,DUMPED IT AND BOUGHT NEW ONE ,INDESIT MACHINE LASTED 15 MOUTHS,I WOULD NEVER BUY INDESIT AGAIN.
