Hi all, my friend has an Acer Aspire 5715z which has recently been sent to Acer for repair due to a smashed screen.

The laptop has come back and won't get past a screen which says windows couldnt' start; I promts to
- Start Windows Startup repair
- Start Windows normally

It won't start normally and just get's back to the same screen, so if I run the startup repair, (after a wait) it tells me to remove any hardware/software installed.

Any suggestions anyone?
