f6 fault on dyson washing machine?

how do i reset it
d.martin, March 2006
lol yeah that resets the faults but doesn't fix it.....
F6 is usually not filling with water. If you can see and hear water going into the machine the problem is that it can't DETECT it is filling.
This fault is usually caused by a plastic reducer which sits behind the inner door hinge on the outside of the drum, the reducer has a small rubber pipe leading up to the control panel and can snap easily. To repair it you need to remove the front of the machine to get to it, remove the snapped section from inside the end of the pipe then force the pipe back onto the reducer and secure with a tie wrap/zip tie.
I know this because I've done it.

Hello,
F6 error on DYSON CR01, washing machine; no water supplied.

Here are the steps:
1.Turned OFF the machine.
2.Press TEMPERATURE and turn ON the machine at the same time. For about 3 secondes then press the bouton intensity.
3.While its automatically do self-check then turn it off right away.
4. And the last; turn it ON.

Well you are done! EASY???! The washing machine is ready to use now!!! Good luck everyone!!!
