How to replace a faulty ravenheat csi 85 timer?

My ravenheat condensing boiler model no csi85 timer clock isnt working properly. The timer illuminates the light yet I can only turn the heating on by flicking the electric power switch a couple of times. Now the times are out of sync , some times are missing.
I think and have previously been told by a plumber that the clock may be faulty.
Does this have to replaced by a gassafe engineer or can it be done DIY if so can anyone let me know how?

Thanks it is at the bottom of the boiler along with the hot water and central heating quantity knobs

I am not familiar with Ravenheat boilers, you do not need a gassafe engineer to change the clock.
Is it actually on the boiler or separate from it?
